Functional Description Based on a Concrete Example

Step 1 – The Customer Inquiry

The customer can request container fumigations via their own DEBUXX access and can already enter all relevant data themselves. Error-prone and laborious data transfer from an order email or similar is eliminated.

Step 2 – Approval and Planning

The customer inquiry is now easily assigned to a fumigation team, a date, and a fumigation spot. After scheduling, the status of the order changes from “requested” to “confirmed”. The customer can also see the specific planning data in their access. If necessary, they can add missing data (container number, weight, shipping details) until the day of fumigation.

Step 3 – Automated Processes

Once a container is scheduled for fumigation, various processes now run fully automatically. DEBUXX may remind the customer of any missing details for a container. The fumigation spot - if desired - gets a notification of the planned delivery. Fumigation tasks are made visible to the designated team within their DEBUXX dashboard. Optionally, regulatory authorities can be automatically informed of the procedure.

Step 4 – The Fumigation

Technicians input all the data that needs to be recorded for a fumigation via a smartphone. The order's status now changes to "progress". The customer can see that their container is now being fumigated. Once completed, DEBUXX instantaneously and autonomously creates all essential documentation, including fumigation logs, certificates, and measurement summaries.

Step 5 – Invoicing

After the fumigation, the invoice for the customer can be generated directly in DEBUXX. All important fumigation details are automatically incorporated into the invoice descriptions. Invoices are provided to the customer either via email or available online in their account.
