Why DEBUXX facilitates daily operations
Upon stepping down from my position as CEO, I contemplated which tools could simplify tasks for my colleagues. I reflected on the challenges and issues that often burdened my team members.
The most common problems arose from missing or vague communication. How is someone in the office supposed to know that the customer contact has changed? Initially, only the technician finds out. However, given the multitude of their tasks, they often forget to pass on this information. How much simpler would it be if the technician could change the contact information himself without needing to reach out to someone else in the office?
The colleague who initiated the extermination last week is unavailable this week. How does the colleague replacing him get all the infestation details? Such cases often end up with numerous phone calls and many discussions. It was always essential for me that software should simplify work. I wondered why there wasn’t any software on the market for pest controllers that was easily usable for both office staff and technicians: Why wasn’t there software created by a pest controller for pest controllers?
The answer was quickly found. There probably aren’t many pest controllers who can also code. How inconvenient! To be fair, I can’t code either, but I was pretty good at explaining to programmers what I envisioned. This was the birth of DEBUXX, the innovative all-in-one software solution for pest controllers.
